General Remarks

As far as the possibility exists to enter personal or business data (email addresses, names, postal addresses) on this website, the disclosure of this information occurs on an expressly voluntary basis. The usage and payment of all services offered shall – in as far as technically possible and reasonable – also be allowed without specifying such data or by specifying anonymous data or a pseudonym.

As the owner of this website, leadtributor GmbH respects your privacy and is committed to taking reasonable care to protect the personal information that you share with us. We also place significant importance on always adopting the newest technical standards and on continual monitoring of our systems.

The term “personal information” is defined as information that identifies a particular individual, such as the individual’s name, home and other postal addresses, personal and business email addresses and other contact information. The permission you have given for the storage of the data can be withdrawn at any time by sending an email to dialog(at)leadtributor.com.

Collection, processing and use of personal data at the instigation

The use of our website is generally possible without providing personal data. You are neither obliged to call up this website nor to provide personal data. The indication of personal data is also not necessary for the conclusion of a contract. If you do not provide us with personal data, you may not be able to use some of the functions of this website. Otherwise there will be no consequences for you. If personal data is collected on our site, this is always done on a voluntary basis, except in the cases described above.

If the processing of your personal data is based on your consent, you have the right to revoke your consent at any time. Consequently, the processing of your personal data will become inadmissible for the future. However, this does not affect the lawfulness of the processing carried out based on the consent until revocation.

Data transfer to countries outside the EU

If necessary for our purposes, we may also transfer your data to recipients outside the EU, provided that it is ensured that the recipient of the data guarantees an adequate level of data protection and that there are no other interests worthy of protection against the data transfer. If you have any questions in this regard, please contact our data protection officer.

Cookies are small text files that are placed on your hard drive by the website with information about how the site is used. In some cases, cookies and other procedures may be used to identify information about previous website visitors. If your browser is set up to automatically accept cookies then your browser will add this small file to your hard drive. You can configure your web browser reject cookies or to warn you when it receives a cookie in order to be given a choice to accept or reject the cookie. By not accepting cookies, or by deleting them on your computer, you may have to manually type in user IDs and passwords again to access certain information on this website.

Cookies enable us to improve our website and make it more attractive for you. We never use personal data to generate trend analyses or statistics.

Pseudonymous user profiles for advertising and market research (web tracking and analysis)

For advertising, market research and to make your use of our website as comfortable as possible, leadtributor uses web tracking systems. In doing so, data on the use of our website is stored in pseudonymous user profiles (your IP address is anonymized). This allows us to further develop our website and to better tailor the content to your needs.
You can object to the creation of pseudonymous user profiles. To do so, you can prevent cookies from being set in your browser (see above under “Cookies and logging procedures”). On the other hand, you can install a plugin in your browser to protect your privacy, which offers the possibility to prevent tracking – e.g. AdBlock, Ghostery or NoScript (please refer to the privacy policy of the respective plugin provider). In addition, some tracking providers are members of industry associations (see below for details) whose websites allow you to centrally object to usage-based online advertising by their members. Below you will find the websites of these associations for a convenient cross-vendor opt-out:
